The Prayatna'24 Campus Ambassador Program invites students to represent their Institution/University at the forthcoming Prayatna'24 event. This unique opportunity allows students to hone their skills in advertising, marketing, and networking by acting as representatives for their Institution/University. Candidates from various educational institutions will be chosen to advocate and endorse Prayatna'24 within their respective universities and colleges. The most exceptional ambassador will earn the title of Premier Campus Ambassador of Prayatna'24.

WHO ARE CAMPUS AMBASSADORS?

Campus Ambassadors serve as representatives chosen by an organization to be the face of their Institution/University. These students play a crucial role as intermediaries connecting their educational institution with the event they represent. Their responsibilities include advocating for and promoting various activities, events, or initiatives within the campus, fostering participation, and acting as the primary contact for their peers. In essence, Campus Ambassadors play a vital role in disseminating information about the opportunities and events unfolding within the educational community.

ROLE:

​

• Diligently disseminate information regarding various events and distribute posts pertaining to Prayatna'24 across diverse social media platforms and within their respective academic institutions.

• Strive to optimize participation levels for Prayatna'24.

• Ensure the timely and effective completion of assigned tasks.

• Provide daily progress reports to the Prayatna'24 organizing team to maintain transparent communication channels.

• Transmit relevant details such as exam schedules, holidays, and reopening dates of their respective institutions, aiding in the meticulous planning of in-person promotional visits for Prayatna'24.

• Function as the principal point of contact for prospective participants both at their academic institution and the PSG Tech

 

 

 

ELIGIBLITY

Students who are currently enrolled in a 4-year/5-year Undergraduate degree course and wish to take up responsibility with care.
