Kalamegam Elangovan is OneSubsea Team Lead- Modeling & Simulation Team in Cameron (SLB), Coimbatore. He has 19 years of experience in CFD and FEA domain and 15 years in Cameron. He holds an ME in Design Engineering from the College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai. His areas of interest are turbulent flow modeling, turbomachinery, and heat transfer modeling. His area of expertise is flow analysis for pressure vessels, valves and measurements; thermal modeling of subsea and surface equipment; erosion life prediction; FSI for surface and subsea products; and various physics in structural analysis.
Niranjan Gudibande is a senior modelling and simulation engineer in Cameron (SLB), Coimbatore. He has 8 years of experience in Cameron as a CFD engineer. Prior to joining Cameron, he completed his PhD in multiphase flow modeling from IIT, Mumbai. His areas of interest are turbulent flow modeling, multiphase modeling, and erosion modeling. In Cameron, his area of expertise is in modeling multiphase flow in process separators, thermal modeling of subsea and surface equipment, modeling erosion in downhole, surface, and subsea components, and developing a reduced-order model for thermal, pressure drop, and erosion life prediction.
