Guidelines for Registration

Prayatna'24 will be happening on 16 & 17 February 2024 with 6 events and one workshop, each day.

Participant has to register individually in the General registration form.
The participants will receive a Prayatna ID in their mail. -
After general registration, registration for individual events is necessary.
The participants need to collect the Prayatna ID of their teammates and register for the events. One in the team can register for the team event. -
Make sure that you are registering for different events according to the schedule.

The list of all the events can be found at Prayatna'24. On this page, participants can select the explore event button to learn more details about particular events.

Participants are requested to look at the schedule and plan accordingly their event(s) of participation.

Please note that participating in WORKSHOP(S) ALONE doesn’t require you to fill out general registration.

Participants are not permitted to participate in MULTIPLE EVENTS FROM THE SAME TIMESLOT.

Amount once paid will not be refunded
Adherence to the above general guidelines and event-specific guidelines will be closely monitored and failing the same can lead to disqualification of the participant.
Workshop Registrations:

Participants willing to participate in the workshop(s) are requested to find their dedicated registration link(s) which can be found near the general registration link.

Participants are requested to upload the payment proof for workshop registration.
Event Registrations:

To participate in the event(s), participants can purchase a separate day pass for either of the days (or) a two-day pass and participate in all the events.

At the end of the particular page, event registration forms will be provided. Participants must ensure they fill those forms so as to register for particular event(s).

One-Day Pass
(Day 1 pass or Day 2 pass)
Students from PSG Tech: INR 200
Students from all other colleges: INR 200
Two-Day Pass
Students from PSG Tech: INR 300
Students from all other colleges: INR 350
Workshop Fees : INR 310 for each
Amount once paid will not be refunded at any cost
ACCOMMODATION WILL NOT BE PROVIDED
PARTICIPANTS HAVE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR ACCOMMODATION ON THEIR OWN
